What do I buy to mix drinks?

Thanks to skill books, I've got my mixology skill up to level 10.

But how do I use the skill? What appliance do I buy to be able to mix drinks, and where is it located?

Posted this in the NF board, but that doesn't appear to get much traffic.

The appliance needed is a bar. They are located under sort by room > dining room > bar image (right most image) I suggest either of the 'professional bars' that  come as part of late nights. The bar comes with all the spirits, mixtures, umbrellas, glasses and precut pieces of fruit you could possibly need for your drink mixing endeavours

I've just made ten sets of party drinks for an upcoming party. I'm also making some romantic drinks.

Do I need the drink the romantic drinks, or do I have to give them to my target romantic partner?
