Help! My Sims can't woohoo

So basically I'm just trying to up the Flirty-Alluring-Irrisistible so i can click on Try For A Baby but it won't go past flirty and keeps flopping between that and Mya thinks Shamus is okay. The bar for their relationship is all the way full and they already have 3 children but my house isn't too full. I don't understand how to get them past it. I've even made them argue and I've restarted my game. Ugh! Please help!

I've had this problem. Assuming they live together, have them relax on the bed. There will be a "try for baby" option under more. You can bypass the preliminaries.
