Jack Hedge, a.k.a. The Mad Topiarist, built this house for his own use.  His heirs, unable to face the constant clipping required to keep it in shape, have now put it on the market.  An ideal home for a level ten sculptor with plenty of time on their hands or a Sim rich enough to employ an army of gardeners.  It would not suit Sims who hate the outdoors (or the colour green).  Real Princesses should probably also steer clear – the ‘soft’ furnishings are inevitably somewhat twiggy.
