Prologue: New in Town?
"Well, Mr. Lothario, what do you think?"
"It's big, I'll say that for it. It's a little sparse, though, don't you think?"
"Lots of room for growth. Think of the potential, Mr. Lothario. You could become a Mansion Baron on this lot. The former residents were
very happy here and quite well-off. I'm sure you'll be just as successful."
"I was just hoping for some walls maybe? I didn't expect it to be fancy, but
no walls? Seriously?"
"Mr. Lothario, I can only work with what you give me. Your budget was quite limited. Considering all I went through getting this prime spot for you, I'd think you'd be a bit more grateful. Frankly, you wound me, Mr. Lothario. I am wounded to the core."
"Oh, gosh. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to hurt your feelings or anything. It's just..."
"Alright, then. Listen, some paint, a few plants, maybe some workout equipment. You look like you work out, Mr. Lothario. Am I correct? A big, strong fellow such as yourself can get this place in order in no time at all!"
"Well, well, well. Don Lothario. I had no idea you were so duplicitous. Did that Caliente woman put you up to this? I hardly think you have the brain power necessary to pull off stealing our property and forcing us out like, like, well,
commoners."
"What? Lady, I have no idea who you are or what you are talking about. What Caliente woman?"
"What Caliente woman? Take your pick. I'm sure one of those gold-diggers is behind this. And YOU, Mitzy Schindler--or should I say
swindler? I am putting forth a motion to remove you from the club today. No more cozy luncheons with the higher-ups of Oasis Springs for you!"
"Yes. I'm off, then. Good luck, Mr. Lothario!"
"You have not heard the last of me, Don Lothario. I am already in communication with my attorneys."
"As I said, I have no idea what you are talking about. I don't know anyone named Caliente. I just got to town today and that real estate lady sold me this property for ten thousand simoleons. I paid for it and it's mine. Now, good day, madam, and kindly get off MY lawn!"
"Your lawn? Your lawn?!? We'll just see about that. You crossed the wrong woman, Don Lothario."
"Wait! How'd you know my name?"
