Soul Peace Gem
« on: November 23, 2010, 01:44:15 AM »
I'm wondering what the Soul Peace gem does... My Sim has it , cut in oval, as a decor... but I haven't seen it do anything? Does it improve the moods of the Sims in the room? Does anyone have an idea? Thanks! :)

It's possible that the Soul Peace gem can heal a Sim who has been cursed by a mummy.  I'm not certain of that, however.  Other than that, it's just an expensive gem that you can collect.

As far as I know it does nothing than being rediculous rare and vailuble. What I can say is that the soulpeace gem is the only one that actually looks cool when transfigured into a skull gem.

(Before you ask: place all the 10 possible cut forms on one transfigure table and melt it. Than you will have a skull.)

My Sim got her soul peace gem from the consignment store, mainly because it has a cool name and also hoping it has some magical powers. It's lovely when cut, looks like a moonstone... other than that, nothing. Thanks!

You can use the big display table which only uses 8 gems. You also only need 5 different gem cuts to get a skull, so you can fill the remaining three spaces with the cheapest cuts. Unless you want a more expensive skull, but gem skull profit is negligible. I just want more expensive skulls to brag and make my sim look filthy rich.  :)
But I don't think the Soulpeace gem skull is the only one that looks cool. I'm a big fan of shiny and sparkl-y things, so I love the Rainbow gem skull. With the right lighting and decoration it can look awesome with those glittering skulls!

Thanks for the tip Castastic. It is true, how more expensive object you've placed on a table, the more vailuble the outcome of it.
And as far as I know the soulpeace gem is the most vailable gem in the whole sim game.
