Awww, good luck on the restart, oshizu! In my planning for this and the WCC, I've come up with a way to keep up with the restrictions. It's a spreadsheet with the restrictions grouped together based on needs, buidling, world, etc. When I finish it, I'll send you the link so you have it. Might help keep track of things. I can't keep track of them to save my life, not organized as they are. So I figured putting them in a different order would help.
