How To: Use the Move Town Feature 1. Use the phone or computer and select Real Estate and Travel Services > Move > To New Town.
2. Select New Town and go through the steps of the menu.
3. Select a house to put them in.

Click the options > Edit Town to Exit Tutorial. This will put the family in the Household bin.
4. Select your family and then click Place copy into house of your choice.
If you'd rather not have the house furnished that you're moving to. Click the Change Active Household button > Move In Household > Select Family > Select House > Select furnished or unfurnished, then purchase.
*** During the move process, it will ask you to save the game twice. --
One to have a backup save of the before the move.
Two to have a save of after the move.
This is strongly suggested to do, specially if you decide you want to go back to a previous save.
If you want to make sure you've got a backup of the game after the move. Click Save or Save As after the save is complete.
