More room here to discuss results.
My sims arrived in GF at 4.38am and by 5.29am he had collected mosquitoes.
Birds eye view so you can see location, my sim is bottom right of screen , spawner location very near that frog log.
I suggest you send your sims home from GF then go back and see if the spawners have reset. If not... take your sim home and save your game. Next delete the cache files and repair your game.
Clearing cache filesRepair GameHopefully that will be enough to reset all the spawners and allow you to find and catch mosquitoes.
