Question on the Introspective Contemplation Stool?

I'm happy to see this forums! I've been searching this in google but I cannot find answers.

I place in the world the Instrospective Contemplation Stool (the one that gives wellness skill) and I cannot put it back again in the inventory. I tried to drag it too in my inventory but it wont work. Its like its stuck there? Pls help

Are you trying to put it in family inventory or an individual Sim's inventory?

At first, I put it in my individual inventory.. and when I go out in some place. I click it, and then click "Place in world". then now, its in the world, Now I want to take it back but when I click it, only "meditate" is showing up. No "Put in inventory" option is popping up. I try to remove it in build mode but its undetectable

Hm... that's odd.  I haven't tried taking it to other places yet.  Did it work before?  In other words, were you able to take it out to a different lot and then take it back?  Or did this happen the first time you went to a different lot?

I have tried it to put at the farback of Spencer-kim-louis house in willow creek beside of some plant there, and I was able to retrieve it bec when I click it there is "put in inventory option". And now I put it in back of umbrage manor beside the peach tree and now, when I click it there is no "put in inventory" option.

That's odd. Have you tried clearing caches?

I don't know that, how do I clear my cache?

No, you have to upload it to a photosharing site like Photobucket or Imgur.

As far as clearing caches, theres a link, one sec. On mobile so harder to link XD

Hm... Yeah, that seems like a glitch of some kind.  I would suggest following the link I put up there.  Go into your EA folder, then into Sims 4.  Delete some of those files.  Sometimes that's all it takes.  The other thing you can do is repair game.  Just go to Origin, right click on Sims 4 and you'll see an option to repair game.

My cache folder don't have any files. Its empty. Maybe Ill save my household and create a new game. Thanks shewolf!

There's a file that's not in any folder that says: localthumbcache I believe.  You can delete that one.

There are areas in the world where items placed can not be picked up again. One of the fishing spots near the museum in Willow Creek will never let my sim pick up elements he places from his inventory. It happens in every one of my games so it is obviously a world glitch and not 'my game'. 

Maybe that spot is another world glitch?

Hm, did you travel away from that spot at any point after you placed it?  Without putting it back in your inventory?  I'm just curious if that could be something as well.

Not sure if that question is for me but I have done both... not traveled away from the fishing spot and can't pick it up and then traveled away and back and still can't pick it up. And in multiple games. It has been the same with elements frogs and fossils, basically I just make sure when my sim is fishing that he walks away from the fishing sign a little before placing the item in the world as the glitched area is quite small.
