It should be in the kids toys. If you done the egg challenge they had last year you won't get a different bunny. It'll be the same bunny but it will have more color options for it after completing this years challenge.

Thank you for clearing that up @grimsoul as I was beginning to wonder where the flip my bunny was too! lol I didn't think to check the recolor options.

I was wondering the same thing @Playalot when I finished the quest and couldn't find a new bunny. The way the patch notes was worded was a little confusing and I thought there would be a new bunny until I read it again and figured out it's the same bunny with a new color option added to it.

I felt a little cheated because, since I couldn't remember what the initial bunny colors were, I don't know what I "earned."

@Tigerskin  Did you ever locate any cherry trees? I've checked most (not Oakesnstead) of Willow Creek, the WC and OS parks, Sylvan Glade, the Caliente neighborhood, the Windenberg island and Shreiking Llama neighborhoods. All the usual cherry and pear trees have been replaced with growfruit. Have you had better luck? Visited the eastern area of Newcrest, too.
I guess I could continue checking everywhere but I've lost initiative.

And the Lemon trees were also replaced by Growfruit *not a happy camper*

I realised it was recolours, but like Oshi, I kinda feel cheated because I can't remember what the original choices were either lol and I much prefer the cheap Growfruit pot to the expensive one, the green just looks cuter and more appropriate for a garden somehow.

Edit: go to the tiny little community garden behind the BFF house. Jasmine shows up about 2 minutes after you do.

@Magpie2012   The only lemon tree I encountered is the one near Johnny Zest's trailer. The ones at Desert Bloom Park and the Calientes neighborhood became Growfruit trees.
Have you found cherry or pear trees?  Oh well, I'm starting a new file tonight, so I'll see how the growfruit tree situation goes.

I finally found a lemon tree, but that was only after I had been camping on the spot for 24hours (can't remember exactly where I was but I think it was the Park in OS)

Uhm, cherry I think I saw in WC Park? Down one of those looooong paths to the fishing spots. But, I can honestly say, I don't think I've ever seen a pear tree in my game lol

So, I discovered something highly annoying, and had it confirmed by EASupport and a SimGuru on Twitter: the pots are only available in the save game you unlock them in T_T I opened up a new save, for my club challenge, and I was looking through the decorations and landscaping and stuff, and fancy my surprise when I saw the pot was greyed out and told me I could unlock it by completing the Growfruit Challenge! I didn't want to use it for anything, cuz it was a challenge file after all, but, it kinda sucks that it was greyed! I swear @grimsoul said it was unlocked across the board in his game?!?

@Magpie2012  I'm sure @grimsoul meant that it would be viewable (though requiring unlocking) in Buy mode. I actually unlocked both planters and placed them in a small room together with the corresponding fruit and saved the room to my library.
After the Spring Challenge ends, I can always download the room to my for-fun games. I wouldn't use them for tournament challenges or other challenges, so I don't think my doing that would be cheating. I'm not sure I would want to continue using the planters or growfruit (I will be so relieved when the wild growfruit trees are gone), but the room leaves me an option.

CHERRY TREE: I found some in game at the little garden area in the Von Haunt Estates.
PEAR TREE: Also at the Von Haunt garden.

ETA: In a new game, there are pear trees in Magnolia Blossom Park. Oh well, just a few more weeks and normalcy will return.

Plus, if you get the super fertilizer from Jasmine, it'll grow even faster and evolve quicker too! I found if you spam her for fertilizer, you can get 3 bags before the option greys out. And it "reloads" the next day, from what I can tell, so visit her once a day and eventually you'll have stacks of fertilizer (I'm only using it on my Growfruit at the moment so I can get this challenge over with, the eggs were easy as pi!).

Ahhh I was wondered why I saw 'ask for the fertilizer' on Jasmine. I took a cut of growfruit tree in Willow creek park, then I grafted it onto perfect pomegranate tree, then I gave 20 perfect growfruits to Jasmine, then she said,"I may give you something even better if you bring a perfect growfruit." ...? Those 20 growfruits were all perfect, why is she asking more? I was wondered why. :D

@Summers   There are two types of planters with different requirements.

Planter #1: Give Jasmine 20 growfruit of any quality, even Normal
Planter #2: Give Jasmine one growfruit of Perfect quality

Oshi is correct, and if I'm not mistaken, the perfect growfruit challenge will only open once you've done the 20 growfruit one, since the bejeweled planter follows on from the green planter...

Greetings Forum!

This is my first post here and hopefully it's in the right spot, so here goes. I have my Sim working on the egg hunt and was wondering if I had to keep the eggs that she finds in her personal inventory or can I display them or place them in a chest and still complete the challenge? Thanks for any help!

You don't have to keep them @Antara77.  You can display them or even sell them.  Once your sim has collected one, it is recorded in the household notebook.  You can look at that by switching to the sim's inventory and clicking the little button on the top left (I think it's a diamond/gem shape).  The egg collection is at the very bottom, and you can see how many more you need to complete the collection.
