@Ricalynn I'll give it try. I do prefer writing up on Word though, my spelling is atrocious and it's handy to have spellchecker. As for the screenshots, they're editted in Photoshop so i convert them to jpeg that way.
@oshizu Lana's outfit (and all heirs) is based on a colour theme and sometimes their career/interest. Kessy is black and blue - who doesn't look good in black? I chose blue because her name is Kestrel and birds fly in the sky (blue). Lana is black and purple - purple seems like a colour that's associated with magic/science. Gen 3 is red and you'll find out why when they make an appearance
As I wrote Ru to be 'like' a brother I feel weird about marrying his child into the family but another part of me says: It's just Sims/They aren't blood relatives. And the person I've chosen has gorgeous eyes and is a beautiful Sim too so I gave in =D The Sim is much younger than Gen 3 so I may or may not find someone else if I get too impatient, lol.
Poor Lana, I've neglected her for the most part. I've followed her to work for a few days and then she went alone while I played with Lei, lol. I may have to go back to an old save and have Lana do something as a way of apologising xD Lei is awesome, she's almost an adult and she's maxed one career, I may give her another one straight after her promotion and career items unlock. She's the kind of girl that wants to do everything possible.
