Living Small
« on: March 20, 2016, 10:17:08 PM »
Another small house on a 20x15 lot. But just because a house is small doesn't mean it can't be loaded, comfortable and still plenty of room to move around in. :) It's a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom house.
One thing I did miss that I didn't notice until I had upload it is I forgot to put a trashcan in so you;ll have to add that if you use this house. I don't know why but it seems like I forget to add a trashcan a lot when doing a build. :)

Price: 165,213

View of the front of the house.

View from the back.

The basement with swimming pool, sauna, hot-tub and workout room.

The first floor is a open floor plan with sitting room, study area, kitchen, dinning area with seating for 10  sims for those dinner parties and a bathroom.

The second floor with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and small playroom for the kids.
A clear conscience is usually a sign of a bad memory.

"By George, he's done it again!"  Yep, you have.  You've made an astounding, functional and beautiful house again.  I am envious of that dining table!!  How did you do it?  Another Grim house to add to my collection.  ;)
What?  Grannies can't play games?
I speak perfect Nooblik, (and some Simlish)!
