Can't unlock award for sims 3 Generations

not sure if it's been posted or not, but I bought World Adv & Gen at the same time on Origin. When I goto the awards link for sims 4 also have. I unlocked The World Adv, but Gen is still locked. I don't have a reg code since I bought through orgin. But it is installed and it shows it on my page on thesims 3 site. Any help?

So what do I have to re-download & Re-install? or Re-buy?

If you're looking for your bonus content, login to your Sims3.com account, using the same username and password you used to purchase/register the game and check your purchase history and download and install from there. -- No need to repurchase.

I did and my exp packs doesn't show up there only some other stuff. Only see my  purchase pack's on Origin history

Then you may need to contact EA's Customer Service. As it sounds like you maybe missing your bonus content. You may need to verify your account and show proof of purchase. -- If at some point you have registered your discs/games with Sims3.com that might be able to be used as proof of purchase.
