Sorry, can you clarify once more.  So, if I cook a family (4) serving of "Mac and Cheese"; does this mean I have to split them off, and put one in the inventory and can eat the other 3.  Or do I have to only cook a single serving of each dish?  Or if I cook 8, can I put all 8 in for higher value?

As Nutella said earlier - 1) you'd have to have all the ingredients before you can make anything. 2) Once you do have the ingredients, then serving size is up to you.

If you cook a family size meal (4), that count as one dish (not 4).  No splitting meals.
If you cook a party size meal (-8), that count as one dish too.  No splitting, you put the one party meal in the inventory, the game will tell you how much that party meal value is.

When you cook a party meal for 8, it comes out from the oven as one plate even though you can serve 8 people.  Count as one unique dish.

No game over, you decide yourself which 60 different servings you will score.

Correct.  Once you cook every recipe available to you, you can remake as many dishes as you want to get higher value.  However, you still need to get your own ingredients.

If we buy an Expansion/Stuff/Game pack etc can we install while playing this challenge? Just wondering as I don't have them all yet and plan to get some soon but will probably not have them by the time this challenge starts.

Yes you can add xpacs if you haven't started working on multiples yet.  Remember to complete those additional recipes that comes with the new xpac before proceeding to cook multiples.

Your score is made up of 60 recipes. If you want to do several versions of a dish, you have to do one of every recipe available to you (at level 10 of cooking and gourmet cooking) first.

4 Scenarios:

Scenario A (The Busy One):
You are unable to finish 60 unique recipes before time is up.  Submit your score with whatever numbers of unique recipes you manage to finish.

Scenario B (The Take It Easy):
You finish 60+ unique recipes but don't feel like completing all the recipes, too much work for you.  You rather spend time playing your dynasty.    Choose 60 unique recipes and submit your score.

Scenario C (The Perfectionist):
You want to do everything, you're the perfectionist right?  You finish cooking ALL the recipes from base/expansions/game/stuff packs, then proceed to make multiples of certain recipes of your choice.  You find the highest value of 60 unique recipes and submit that score.

Scenario D (The Unlucky):
Somehow you caught on fire from cooking so much and died.  Submit your score with whatever numbers of unique recipes you manage to finish before your untimely death.
