Does anyone know how to find this pattern?
« on: February 27, 2016, 09:34:21 AM »
I've used it before, it's originally black with sparkles, I just added the pink. http://www.carls-sims-3-guide.com/forum/gallery/albums/userpics/10081/Screenshot-76.jpg

You could try opening up the package file in S3PE or I think you can open it in the TSR tool and it may have the creator's name on it.

I think it's a pattern that comes with the game, I'm just having trouble finding it.

Could it be just the recolourable sections of the dress and not a pattern? I don't have it, but it may come with a stuff pack I don't have. I can't even find the dress. Is it CC? It looks like a longer version of one of the base game ones I think. I'm sure I've seen that pattern somewhere, too, the more I look.

Annika may be onto something. I honestly can't tell if the dress is game content or custom content. Regardless of which have a look in the dress section of CAS to see if the dress is there and what color/pattern choices there are. You might find the pattern there?

Even though I've had Sims 3 since the beginning I'm still finding new patterns in the game that I've never seen before. They come from furnishings and/or wall coverings in different towns like Appaloosa Plains.

Do you know for sure it's a game pattern? The reason I ask is I'm thinking it might be a pattern that came on something from the Sims 3 Store?

The dress itself came with fast lane stuff, I'm not sure where the pattern came from.
Edit: The pattern looks like a starry night, I just colored it pink, instead of black, the original color.
