I love the neutral colours you've chosen, and the spacious well lit atmosphere. I'm not sure about having to walk outside to get to the bedroom though, and I think the blue trim in the bedroom is out of place.

Hi Annika that was unavoidable due to the split-level  used the blue stripe is actually the grey foundation outside but thank you for the constructive criticism!

Oh of course. Drat those limitations of TS4! I hope they fix that sometime in the future.
