Lost expansion pack

I bought the sims 4 along with the expansion pack, 'get to work'
I have the purchase receipt for both and both downloaded ok.
I saw that both were there originally, now only the sims4 game is showing and not the expansion pack.
My daughter has said the the expansion set is not installed in the game.
Can anyone help?

Are you talking about it not showing up when you open Origin? If so, the expansion wont show up there, just the main game will. To see if it is installed right click on the Sims 4 game icon and select View Game Details from the pop menu. You should see it listed there.

Wen I right click on the game icon and select 'view games details' and then the menu it just shows the below.
After my daughter just checking the game once more, the expansion set is installed though.
both the main game and the expansion set were bought at the same time.
show hidden games is greyed out.

It's been suggested if you're not able to see your installed game content you will need to contact EA to see if they may be of help.
