Cant load saved game onto a new computer/Sims 4

So I originally downloaded the Sims 4 on my laptop and have 2 saved household in the game. then I recently bought the Surface Pro 3 and want to transfer my households to my surface, I finished downloading the game but there is no icon to download saved data like there is on my laptop (the save card icon). What do I have to do?

You will need a flash drive or something like that to copy the files from one computer to the other. Have a look at the link below for details.
