Small Comfort

I wanted a small but comfortable house with several skill items my sim could do without having to spend a lot of time walking to get there but still not feel cramped up. For skill items I included a easel, tread mill, chess table, bar, computer, stereo for the dancing skill. And surprising I didn't have to use MOO  much to do it.
I think the only thing I used MOO for was to place the easel, the bar to push it closer to the half wall and to place gates going into the kitchen.

Lot size 20x20 but the living area of the house is just 10x10

It is the house I'll be moving Queen into when she ages up. I hadn't thought about a dungeon. Interesting idea.
