Roof hot tub help!

My sim owns one leo center (the apartment with the roof hot tub), and the hot tub has broken. It only gives me the option to call the repair person to fix it. When I call the repair person, he/she stands around doing nothing for about a sim hour, then leaves and taking the fifty simoleans. Any ideas?

I think with the lastest patch that there is a bug with the repair person.  Many others have reported that money was taken but the job not complete.  I am not sure if anyone has gotten around it yet.  If no one else responds, I will take a look more in depth around the forum tomorrow for you.

Bring up the cheat window and type 'RestrictBuildBuyInBuildings false' (without the quotation marks) and then delete the tub and buy a new one. Type in 'RestrictBuildBuyInBuildings true' to make the building behave like an apartment again.
