I'm on a Sims kick and I had to join in to do my first Immortal Dynasty! This first post will be used as a quick-reference to the founder and heirs.

Ileana, our founder, found herself on a huge, empty lot. With the 10,000 simoleons she had to her name, she made some living arrangements.



A bed, a small kitchen, a camping couch, tv, and a bathroom with toilet, shower, and a little money splurged for a cheap bathtub to use for relaxing soaks. She'll need it for her new job as an assistant dish washer.



"Wait, what?"

"I need tea, tv, and time to absorb this, stat."

Ileana was working on a diagram to try to figure out when she would be able to begin building a house when some neighbors came to welcome her to the neighborhood.



"Okay, fine, I'll welcome them in... Wait, why are they all standing in my bathroom?"



Well, you invited them in, and I guess that's the closest to "in" we have...

"The old man is sitting on my bed!"

We are a little short on seats......



"Well, at least I finished my drawing. We have a rough road ahead. Better get gardening."



Ileana bought a few fruit seed packets and already found a lily and a snapdragon near the lot. So now she has some apples, plaintains, grapes, lilies, and snapdragons growing. What a nice start! We need to find a cherry to breed a pomegranate tree, or maybe she'll find one when she starts fishing.

"They left dishes everywhere!!"

Sorry.....



The next day, she went to visit Oasis Springs in search of a cherry tree. She found a few sprouting, but nothing ready to harvest. She stopped by the Roomies household to ask to use their bathroom and met Gavin Richards and J Huntington III. Gavin is creative and neat. He'd be nice to have around to do some paintings and clean up behind Ileana in the kitchen.

"I always have wanted someone to paint a portrait of me..."



The next day was Tuesday, and Ileana didn't have work in the evening, so I guided her to invite Gavin over for a visit. He arrived immediately and quickly began chatting her up.



"I don't know about him..."



"I changed my mind, he's pretty cool. I'm going to doll up and ask him out!"



He definitely seems interested! Gavin accepted Ileana's date request, and Ileana completed her first emotional whim to ask someone on a date.

They went down to the local night club and hit it off.



"That's nothing, I have more tricks up my sleeve!"



Ileana and Gavin stayed out until 3 am and had a great time. Thankfully Ileana doesn't work until 4 pm the next day! The date ended with a gold medal.

Also, sorry about the plumbobs in the pictures! I'm fairly new to screenshots in Sims 4, I'll have to find out how to fix that.

Wow she's really pretty! I love the combo of ash blonde hair and green eyes! Reminds me of a friend I had in grade school who I had a totally platonic "girl crush" on lol

Just a couple of days after their hot date, Iliana took a vacation day from work to celebrate her promotion at work. She invited Gavin over to visit.



"Is he mopping the ground?"

Finally, somebody can clean up all those puddles from watering the plants! Marry him, Iliana, marry him!



"What??"

The next morning Iliana prepared a beautiful cake...



...until I realized that She had't even proposed to Gavin yet. We can handle that!



Great! they're engaged! Let's have a wedding party! ......Nevermind, we don't have the funds for that.



"So how about we put off the wedding for now, and instead you just move in and help me get the money for the party?"

No worries! We'll get plenty of money when everyone moves in!

"Everyone?"



Yeah, actually, I forgot that we couldn't split even unplayed households. So the entire Roomies household will be joining us! On the bright side, it'll be a lot easier to bring in a bunch of income and prepare ambrosia ingredients this way.

The Roomies household brought a whopping 95,000 simoleons along with them, allowing me to build the house Iliana wanted! Behold, my mediocre building skills!



The interior is nicer than the exterior, I promise.

Also, everyone that joined the household got a bit of a makeover. I didn't want to change anyone up so much that they lost their character, but they did get some little touch-ups and some extra outfits.

Here's Gavin. His style fits him, so I just gave him a few extra outfits.



J's original hairstyle drove me insane, so I toned it down a bit. He got the biggest wardrobe change out of everyone.



Mitchell's t-shirts and shorts suit him. I just gave him a few more options and let him grow his hair out a little more.



I love Zoe, she's an absolute cutie. I gave her some extra outfits, trying my best to stay true to her style.

I also giggled that she proposed in front of the bathroom.  Actually, I liked seeing your starting home.  I tend to buy too much for my starting sims then suffer for awhile.
