Can my PC run the Sims 4

I`ve just downloaded the game from Origin, on the first attempt of starting the game it froze on the Maxis logo I deleted a few items and I managed to get into the game, got through CAS and then when I moved my sim into a house the game froze. I`ve checked the system requirements and I only really did not pass one thing which is my CPU. Apparently I have a AMD E1-2500 APU with Radeon(TM) HD Graphics.

Is that what is freezing my game?

It doesn't seem like your computer has the processing power to run the game well enough, and sounds like it may have integrated video card which will give low graphics.

What we recommend is: (For better overall game performance and experience)

2.5 GHz processor or faster from either AMD or Intel.
GTX Nvidia or AMD R7 with 1GB dedicated memory
8GB system memory.

Can you buy those requirements in shops? If so which one is the best to buy? It`s either I buy those or simply see how it goes with how my PC is.

Are you wanting a desktop or laptop? Desktops will allow for better overall game performance and experience where it may not run as well on a laptop unless you get a gaming laptop.

What is your budget for a pc and what country do you live in? I can search for some suggestions on pcs.

If it`s too buy a whole new PC then that`s not what I`m really looking for as this PC is still relatively new, not having the required requirements for the game bums you out when you have a new PC.

I was thinking more towards packages, I see there is some packages available...but at a cost,

The processor cannot be replaced as it is hardwired into the motherboard.

You mentioned about possibly having a package upgrade available you may want to look into that if you can.

RAM 2 GB
Hard drive at 9 GB free space and 1 GB for custom contents and saved games

Radeon X1300 or better (or)
Intel GMX 4500 or better
Direct X Direct X9, 10 & 11 compatible

I don't know if her computer has that or if she can upgrade.  Or if it would cost an arm and leg to do the upgrade.
