I laughed through every single little thing, what a delight. The ending was the best ^-^

I love it! Barely controlled chaos is what it looks like.
Barley controlled chaos is also what it feels like  ;=)

I laughed through every single little thing, what a delight. The ending was the best ^-^
Thanks!  I'm glad you liked it.
I was looking forward to seeing if young Deacon was a blonde or brunette, then he ends up being bald like his mommy was at each birthday until teen.

I had to pop in to add "because math" is my new excuse. It used to be "because global warming".

"Because math" is a really good excuse, for sure!
Glad you enjoyed that.  I use logic like that with my students all the time.  Forexample, while studying mythology, we'll encounter something that seems massively unexplainable, and inevitably, some student will ask how/why that could/would happen.  The answer?  "Because magic!"

And that right there is why you are probably their favourite educator!

Lol, please, as if you didn't already know you're awesim ;-)

But, seriously, it's amazing to have a teacher that actually gets their students excited and involved. So many seem to just go through the motions, not worrying whether the students are actually THERE or not. Those are the teachers you remember, the ones that made you excited to come to class and actually learn something. And if your imagination and animation in class is anything like it is in your stories, well, they are the luckiest bunch in existence!

River's Eleven--Too Many Birthdays!
« Reply #41 on: February 01, 2016, 11:34:49 AM »
Pippin:  And we rejoin the Baglum household where we find Jarod Seneca hard at work on his logic skill and creating potions.

Scarlet:  You're seriously calling this a picture of Seneca?
Pippin:  He's there!  Anyway, Seneca needed to advance that logic skill in a hurry to be able to tutor our young heir.

Pippin:  And after aging up and being given hair...
Scarlet:  (sigh)
Pippin:  ...we use the motive mobile to make all day tutoring fun happen!

Deacon:  Did Pippin really just call this fun?
Seneca:  He's a teacher, just go with it.
Pippin:  And eventually, tutoring ends, school begins, and we move on to teen.

Scarlet:  Anita, stop looking so psychotic.  You're frightening my son.
Anita:  I LOVE CAKE!!!
Pippin:  But Deacon wasn't the only one aging up.

Pippin:  A rather singed Seneca went from young adult to adult...

Pippin:  Scarlet went from adult to...adult-plus...
Scarlet:  I'll take that, now let's go fix my hair again.
Pippin:  and Anita...

Pippin:  stayed the same age and continued to wow audiences everywhere she went.
Deacon:  Here, Bishop, I had dad make this for you.

Pippin:  Wait, you have a creepy doll?

Pippin:  So, for no apparent reason, we welcome Bishop into the household.
Bishop:  I'm here to pollinate so we have awesome blue hair genes.
Pippin:  Welcome to the family, Bishop!

Pippin:  Yes.  He'll do nicely.  Anyway, prom came around and each of the boys had a date.

Bishop:  My date's a fairy.
Deacon:  Mine's an adult...?
Pippin:  And they each came home with their date having turned into their girlfriends...except that Deacon's couldn't register that way.
Deacon:  That's okay.  My cougar girlfriend likes younger men.

Pippin:  And judging by that car, she specifically likes young wealthy men.
Deacon:  Yeah, I'm like a young Bruce Wayne.

Deacon:  (in a really deep voice)  I'm Batman.
Pippin:  Hey, Batman, you want a phone book to sit on so you can see over the hood of your Batmobile?
Deacon:  ...yes.
Pippin:  And in other news, the house caught on fire again.

Seneca:  Oh.  Sorry.  That was me.
Pippin:  And since that wasn't disturbing enough, Scarlet's imaginary friend who is still in her inventory appeared again.

Pippin:  And he spent the whole day aging up to catch up with her.

Buddy:  I'm again up again!!
Scarlet:  It's like the fifth birthday you've had today.  They stopped being special a while ago.
Pippin:  And speaking of birthdays,

Pippin:  we'll have more next time.

What do you teach, Pip? And what age group? Grade school? High school? College?

I really don't like Scarlet's creepy doll!

It's so creepy that Scarlet's IF is still a kid. There's a cemetery somewhere in need of an IF.

Yeah, the Baglums definitely need to start an IF cemetery! That is one of the most amazing ideas you ever came up with @KRae! And you've had a bunch!
