*sob* bye Echo :-(

Welcome Foxtrot (makes me think of Whiskey Tango Foxtrot for some reason, WTF?)

I've always like Morgana, and then after reading Raia's story I always ship her with Leighton...

Your simmies are a gorgeous bunch!

@hazelnut , I am using the Sunset Valley school, and you make a really good point. I'm going to need to get serious with my age up the townie kids project and at least get some of them out of the mob. I'll probably need to start sending the current ones early so they're in the front of the queue.

@PeregrineTook , I've never tried Who's Your Daddy? All those categories of fathers to complete!

@Magpie2012 , About Morgana, Foxtrot ran into Thornton when she was spouse hunting. They didn't hit it off, but he was single. I don't know what happened to Morgana. I guess my sims should read the paper more often.

Foxtrot signed up to be an acrobat that evening. The family built her a little workout studio out behind the house. The next day, Foxtrot downed a liquid job booster and started exercising.

She auditioned for a show at the Performance Park and stayed to perform for tips. She made $47.

Foxtrot got to the park early and found someone very interesting.

Her show looked pretty good to me, but the proprietor didn’t think so. Hey, who threw the cheese?

Things went better after the show. Connor Frio is now her boyfriend.

Two days later, Foxtrot had a performance at Flying Foxtrot’s Coffeehouse. Owning the building seemed to help as her performance was pretty impressive. Being a level 9 acrobat didn’t hurt either.

When she finished the show, Foxtrot was a hair away from level ten. She hit the treadmill and quickly reached her goal.
It took four days and three liquid job boosters to complete her lifetime wish.

All Foxtrot had left to complete was her Athletics supermax.
Foxtrot: And producing two children and raising them to teenhood.
Connor, you want to come over to visit. *a statement, not a question*
Welcome to the family, Connor. It’ll be great … really.

Foxtrot: Mom…get this durn watcher out of here!

Connor quit his job and signed up to be a professional writer. Start writing sports books, Connor, and you should be able to complete your professional author lifetime wish before moving.

Connor and Foxtrot were dancing when she realized she was pregnant. Foxtrot told her husband right away.
Connor: I should have known something was up when you added that fancy spin move.
They both want to have a boy. Well, you have two chances.

Foxtrot became very muscular because it’s okay for a pregnant woman to pump iron but the treadmill is taboo.
Go figure.

Halfway between the workout room and the back door, Foxtrot gave birth to this little guy.

Congrats to the lucky parents. This may be the first time both got the gender they wanted.

Congrats to Foxtrot on the LTW and the new baby!
I don't know if it was intentional, but I love that Foxtrot was dancing when she realized she was pregnant given that the fox trot is a dance.

It might be worth putting in a second school at some point.  I found that really helped to reduce the chaos in my Apocalypse challenge.

I'm curious: do you have story progression on?  (I'd guess probably yes, if Thornton's now single.)  Have you lost any of the original townies to unlikely and untimely deaths - or just leaving Sunset Valley?

@PeregrineTook , They were autonomously dancing. I think that was Foxtrot first and only time. I keep her to busy working out I guess. (My parents used to be big fox trotters.)

@hazelnut , EA story progression is on. I may try placing a second school later on. So far they still get into class by about 8:45am, so were still good.

It was very late and everyone needed sleep, including little Fritz, so he waited until morning to blow out his candles. His traits are Clumsy and Heavy Sleeper.

Foxtrot was an inexperienced potty-trainer, so although it took a while, Fritz finally mastered it.

I’m not sure why, but Connor turned out to be excellent at teaching Fritz to talk. Maybe his choice of topics helped.

Perhaps Foxtrot had more trouble due to nausea.
Foxtrot: Get out of here!

Of course, I’ll give you some privacy.

The A-team was brought in and Fritz soon completed his skills.

Fritz added the Vehicle Enthusiast trait, very useful for a child.

I know you’re clumsy, but I think you’ll be okay riding.
Fritz: No, safer just to pet it.

Just another calm evening in the Empire house.

Early in the morning a rather trapped looking Foxtrot went into labor.

Soon a very pink little girl was born. She was fed.

And watered.

And taken to a birthday cake. Presenting Fergie, Easily Impressed and Brave.

Now that Foxtrot is not pregnant, she can resume running on the treadmill. She still has about 40 hours to go to complete her supermax.
Flip and Isla, it’s about time to start on child number 7.

Wow.  You are just flying right through this!
Loved that baby Fergie was fed and watered.  Clever!  Also loved the shot through the circle windows of Foxtrot going into labor.  Excellent framing of that moment!

@PeregrineTook , The early aging up makes it go pretty fast.

The next afternoon after work, Flip and Isla set about working on their empire requirements.

Meanwhile, little Fergie worked on hers.

Flip has become the best toddler trainer, even better than Isla, perhaps because he develops a real closeness with the child.

Fergie was soon ready for cake. She added the Neurotic trait.

Kaylynn Langerak came over after school. Tada! Teen!
Come back anytime, Kaylynn.

While they were celebrating Kaylynn’s birthday, Isla realized that number 7 was on the way.

Fritz invited Kaylynn over the next day. Come on Kaylynn, don’t act surprised. You knew what was going to happen.

The next day was busy. Number 7 was born.

Number 7’s traits are Heavy Sleeper and Friendly.
Number 7: My name is Golf!
Aren’t you the lucky one.

While Isla was in labor, Fritz got on the honor roll and had his teen birthday.
You got grandpa’s hair style.

Here he is, Clumsy, Heavy Sleeper, Vehicle Enthusiast, and Angler. Go get a job.

Flip managed to potty train a very sleepy Golf in slightly more than one go.

Just as quickly, Flip taught Golf  to walk and talk the next day (is it so fast because he’s a level 9 educator?).
Golf: I was literally born yesterday. Why are we talking about work?

Get to a cake you little slacker!

@Magpie2012 , I first realized it was Golf while playing Fallout New Vegas. There was a Camp Golf military base. That made me look up all the codes. Of course, being me, I then memorized them.

Golf became a child and developed a Good Sense of Humor. He’s going to need it.

Golf’s first joke.
Golf: …You gotta have tickets for that!
Fritz: Hahaha. Tell me more!
Well, remember you asked for it.

Connor thinks he’s just as funny.

Connor: I SHOULD BE WRITING HUMOR BOOKS!

Golf had his birthday on a Saturday so there was time to prep for school.

He spent his Sunday crashing picnics and making friends at Central Park.
Golf: Hi, I’m Number 7…I mean Golf.

Lisa Bunch had the next birthday and stuck around to become friends with Golf.

Soon Fergie got on the honor roll and came home to blow out her candles.

Fergie took off to get a job at the grocery store and came home to pose. Her traits are Easily Impressed, Brave, Neurotic, and Dramatic. I’m sure she’ll be a great asset at the grocery store.

The next birthday was had by Bebe Hart who was completely scorched. At least now she just looks incredibly dirty.

One week after being born, Golf had his teen birthday, got a job at the cemetery, and immediately took a charisma class. A whole week, what a slacker.

Golf’s traits are Heavy Sleeper, Friendly, Good Sense of Humor, and Charismatic. After gaining that first charisma skill point, we learned that Golf had met 29 sims, had 12 friends, 2 best friends, had learned 42 traits, and told 38 funny jokes.

The next day Fergie got on the honor roll which completed the last moving requirement for Foxtrot’s family. The moved just down the street to this house with a pond.

There goes most of Golf’s audience.

*goes off to google the military alphabet list*

*rushes back* oops, forgot to comment :-) I love Golf (even if Foxtrot is still my favourite) and I can't wait to see how his life turns out!

Being in dynasty mode, I'm so jealous of how quickly you go through things in this.  Of course, it's also excellent that you make each character interesting and/or let them have enough spotlight moments that they're still enjoyable kids instead of just quickly-moving accomplishments.

@Magpie2012 , If you did google it, then you are aware of how delightful the next name will be.

@PeregrineTook , It's going to be hard to go back to normal speed. Maybe I should try a short dynasty.

As a teen, Golf had new responsibilities. Well, getting on the honor roll wasn’t new, but doing his homework with his cousin, Bitsi, was. He’s dressed to go to work in an hour.

A little dancing to improve the mood, helped work go more smoothly. After two days he got his promotion and quit.

This gave Golf time to work on his charisma and make friends at the park. Along with a wish to have twelve friends, came a wish to have Super Popular as his lifetime wish.

Well, that was quick. Lifetime Wish accomplished.

Golf went to the karaoke club to tell jokes and sing a little. His singing was horrible, but everyone there was his friend and cheered his enthusiasm.

After a brief stop to tell jokes to family and the Michael Bachelor at the park, Golf was off to bed to get a good night’s sleep before what should be his last day at school.

Time to celebrate.

Golf’s traits are Heavy Sleeper, Friendly, Good Sense of Humor, Charismatic, and Workaholic. Four more best friends and ten more jokes will complete his charisma skill challenges, but he’s only at level 5. He went to get a job in the political career and found out his good friend, Tori Kimura, would be his boss. That should help.

Meanwhile, Flip got tired of giving lectures – do one lecture after work “bad”, do two lectures after work back down to horrid. He quit and became a professional fisherman which is much more satisfying even with his head stuck in the bushes.

Telling Flip an apparently hilarious joke about fishing was number 100. Golf is a somewhat autonomous jokester. I’ll have to check to see how many he’s up to at moving time.

After he got a promotion on his first day of work, Golf was ready to celebrate. Cycl0n3 Sw0rd invited him to a party. He ran into his good friend Lisa Bunch there and decided she would be a great best friend number7. It turned into more than that.

Is that romance in the air?

My brother and I learned the phonetic alphabet for 'fun' during a particularly boring summer holiday (along with Morse code, semaphore and postcodes).  I was rather surprised to find that I remembered everything except Y.  (I still wish it was yogurt or yoyo.)
