Big Busy Modern FamilySo after trying to find a reasonably priced home with enough beds to fit a family of eight (and there were none!), I made my own. I really enjoyed giving it just enough clutter to make it a family house without too much, as my family has a lot of artsy sims, and they're making portraits, etc to put all over.
First house I felt like really giving a good go at in Sims 4, I really love the layout. Functional and fun. Although the block 'facing' way for the 'front' of the house never works out. Sigh.
Floor 1 - Study w/bathroom, open plan kitchen/dining, living room, entertainment area for parties with a double toilet.

Floor 2 - The bedrooms for the kids,including a nursery that can be easy changed into a kid's bedroom. Children's rumpus playroom and workout area nearby means the parents can sweat it out while keeping an eye on those rambunctious kids. Artistic room for practicing music away from anyone's delicate ears, too!
