[BUG] Searching Gallery via Hastag Issue

Went to the gallery and searched using #carlsguiderdc.  Lots of cute homes but none of the ones I uploaded are there.  Why?  How would I or others find them besides other hashtags?  This particular hash tag is for the new dynasty challenge so really want my builds to show up before I make any more of them.


This has been reported as a bug. On the first post linked below you should see a Me Too button under it. Click it to help show that others are having similar problems and hopefully that should help get it some attention.

I just looked, and the first 7 lots that show up when I search that hashtag are yours.  I tried it with and without CC checked, and they show up either way.  I see Cuppa Tea (x2), Basic Box 1 (x2), Basic Box2, Cave Dwelling, Victorian and Tree House.  Are those the ones you were trying to see?

Yes.  I wonder why I can't see them?  Ah well, as long as they are there for the forum members, which is who I make them for.  Thank you, Steelace for checking that out for me.

Any time!  :-)  I don't post to the gallery, so hopefully someone with experience in that area can help you figure out why you're not seeing them yourself.  But I can certainly check for you when you've posted something, just let me know.

I am probably just searching incorrectly.  If I go to one of my builds where I know the name, find that, and then go to my user ID it brings up a catalog of what I have there and at that point I can find them.  Just not always by the hashtag.  It depends on whether I'm online, or in game online.  In game I can find them.

In-game is where I was looking.  I've found going online to look for stuff really flaky, so I don't usually unless I can't get into the game and just want to poke around.  I also think the hashtag searches are unpredictable.  I've done a search, canceled out, gone back in and done the same search and gotten different results.  The biggest one was when I searched something and got about 10 results, only to get 3 to 4 times that many seconds later.  I wish they would improve the gallery so we had more sort options and more reliability to what we are getting.
