How to get my games back?

Okay well, my laptop broke and I had to get a new one. however I have had all my Sims 3 games on the same origin for ages and when it broke, I forgot my origin account an password, and I can't get my games back...anyway someone can give me some advice? I miss the Sims 3 so bad.
