The heir can start these while at home, but they can't marry or have children until they move out.

No. Wait until you're playing that bloodline again. You might lose a scholarship, but your grade average won't suffer.

With the Spellcaster Bloodline do you need a 7 object collection and the 7 item collection of different wands, brooms, familiars, and potions for the founder and heirs? Or just what is required for the bloodline? Can the 7 item collection be done more than once? For example can two different heirs collect brooms.

Yes, you can have more than one broom collection, and that can count for your 7-item collection as well.

I ran into one more question....

So I'm almost finished with the first Alien Bloodline. Do the heir's and founders collection have to be seven of one kind, or can they be a few of each one? For example 3 geodes, 2 alien plants, and 2 space rocks.

For aliens and spellcasters you are going to have to repeat stuff due to the limited collection types but only after you've done all of them once already.

Yes, but you would want to have at least one of each of the 4 rocks.

With the retail option. Can I live at my business instead of living at my home where my museum is located? Makes it easier than having to go back and forth every day.  Can I demolish any location to put up my business?

@mariposa1127: you'd still have to have a home lot because the game says so, but there's no limit on how much time you have to spend there. You can bulldoze lots in Magnolia Promenade but you should have enough between that and the empty lots in other worlds.
