Ocean Party Pad (Frio Home - Sunset Valley)

This is the Frio brother's home in Sunset Valley (Ocean Vista Cottage). I was asked to remodel it for Mrs. Flynn & have turned it into a Party Pad Condo. It uses many Ep's and SP's and it cost $101,430. It is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath with dance floor! Enjoy!
