I initially planned to build a log cabin. Unfortunately, at the time of creation, it was only the base game and there were no logs or wall papers that would make it look like a log cabin. But I did make use of a lot of wooden walls and floors. And most of the colors I used have earthy tones. There are plenty of trees all over the place, as I designed the house to be set within a forest or close to it. I decided against building one big house to fill the 50x50 lot. Instead, I added more to the landscaping to give it the feeling of a lived-in place and and make it believable. I really enjoyed the making of this house. My future builds will most like be of similar nature if I use the bigger lots.
