Again I'm having fun with MOO and enlarging items. My goal with this was to make it prettier, make it a bit lighter and more useful, and just make it more while reducing the original price. The original price was around 33k or 36k, can't remember which. In either case I think I achieved my goals.
Front: Note there is now only ONE staircase, kaching! Less greenery but looks like more through enlargement. Slight change to roofline. One fewer window and change of door. Again, kaching.
Side of house: Enlarged flowers, changed doors, spray paint path and new windows all gave me a bit more to be able to spend inside.
Second floor: Ooops. Forgot to put the toilet back in next to the sink! I'll fix that today. Also forgot the rug in the nursery. Originally this was one large, (ugly), bedroom. I turned it into a teens room and added a wall to make space for a nursery.
First Floor: The bedroom originally had a twin bed in it but now is an adults bedroom. I did not finish the other bedroom so it could be done as maybe an office or something else. (Also I didn't want to go past my cost limit,
). I did not really want to go pink but there were no other cheaper chairs and I disliked the other colors. Two enlarged rugs did the trick for me. Kitchen got completely remodeled to keep an open floor plan.
Really, I've been watching too many renovation and design shows on Netflix! There was enough cash to buy a computer, a picture, some plants and of course, the upstairs bedroom stuff as well as "repainting" the rooms upstairs. There's still a lot of space for "stuff" so it can be personalized.
