Sims 4 - How To Organize Your Mods Folder
« on: November 05, 2015, 02:05:25 PM »
If you download and use a lot of mods and CC it's a really good idea to organize your mods folder. It makes it a lot easier to find and remove problem files.

Here's a link explaining how to do that.

Organizing Custom Content

Before changing your resource.cfg file , back it up so you have the original file just in case something goes wrong.

Right when we allow it, you come out with an incredibly helpful post. For someone who is going to collect a lot of downloads, this is definitely important to do straight from the beginning or else it becomes a major timesink. So many good reasons to organize, thanks for sharing it.

My pleasure Carl.

I thought it would be the best place to start ,by advising members to organize before going on a download spree. I forgot to do it in Sims 3 and my DL folder is a real mess.
