Hello everyone. I have a problem, I can't get gift pile. I tried to download " Nona's buyable gift pile, but I can't find it in my game. Maybe somebody experienced this, and maybe somebody can help me?

According to the page linked below you need to look in Entertainment/Parties/Misc. for the object. It's a modded version of the EA gift pile.

Well thats the problem, I know where to look, but it seems that it isn't installed, but I put it in my game in mods folder. Or I need to install it otherwise?

I'm sorry if I'm repeating steps you've already taken. I just want to be sure we're on the same page together.

Sims 3 mod packages usually go into this folder: \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages

Did you move the gift pile mod into this folder?

I have noticed that some of the mods I have (Nraas Mods) installed don't show up on the little popup menu at the main menu of the game. But know that they are there because they'll show up when I click on City Hall.

Maybe the mod isn't showing up because of something like that?

If that doesn't help, it may be worth while to contact NonaMena, as she maybe of better help.

I think I know why I can't find it, because mt version of game is 1.63 and it works with 1.66-1.67 versions.

Hmm.. if that's the case, maybe see if you can find a copy of the mod that goes with your patch level?

*Edit* I can't seem to find anywhere that it says if it has a version for patch level 1.63.

Right, but the mod says it's for patch level 1.66/1.67. I'm not seeing that there's a version of that mod that is compatible with your patch level (1.63) Unless I'm missing something?

I've just faund that all her creations are compatible with patch levels 1.63, 1.66, and 167, but then I have no idea why it doesn't work in my game.

Yes! Finally I've found it. I downloaded again that file and placed in packages. By the way I downloaded one " Gift pile tweak ", maybe not because of that, but it works.
