Hello, I've got a really annoying problem that seems to be a common bug from what I've seen on Google. If I make my plumbot travel to the future, he loses his sentience chip (and his long term wish in the same time of course). I'm not sure where that problem comes from, and I would like to know if anyone had a similar problem and managed to fix it, and most important, how to fix it...
My sim created the plumbot in the future, time travelled with him several times without any problem, installed the sentience chip in the future, went back to the present with the plumbot without any problem. The plumbot has 7 trait chips and sentience is the 7th. Only the sentience chip disappears when travelling to the future, other trait chips aren't affected.
I suspect mods of course, but I have only very few mods that affect gameplay and even less that might cause that bug (mainly the attraction calls disabler and the attraction system disabler). I'm currently testing them by removing them and adding them one by one, but I've still not found where the problem comes from and I'm starting to suspect that it might be due to something else than mods.
I noticed that moving made the trait chips invisible, but building identical trait chips and replacing them with the second set made the first set reappear in inventory, so i got them back and solved that bug (which I thought was responsible of the sentience chip loss, but it wasn't the case at all).
I'm wondering if this isn't due to the fact that I suppose my plumbot has the future sim hidden trait (I don't know if plumbots built by my sim can have it, even if they're built in Oasis Landing ?). I don't have a mod to see hidden traits but I suspect he has this trait as he is level 10 in advanced technology. Is there a serious possibility that the hidden trait might cause the bug ? Or maybe even another trait ?
Thinking about it, I've not tried it yet but I'll also try to remove a trait chip and see if everything works fine with 6 trait chips.
Anyway, if somebody has any suggestion or thinks about other possibilities I didn't think about... If you have any idea, can you help me please ?

Sadly it isn't quite the same problem, but thank you anyway :)
Strangely, I modified trait chips again (with the same trait chips, just a different set) in Oasis Landing, the robot time travelled several times and never lost any trait chip that time. One thing is sure, I checked all my mods one by one and saw the bug happen while playing without mods, and now playing with mods again, there is no more bug. But I guess I'll probably never know what that bug was. If ever it happens again and i find a solution, I'll post it here. For me, the only thing that worked was changing trait chips one more time. I lost the first trait chips set while doing that though.

The Sentience Chip resets every time the plumbots went for free vacation. It also reset when my plumbot went out to France (World Adventures) Unfortunely, it sometimes also happens to my adults as well. :(
People shouldn't insult each other, after all, we all are human beings, how different are we?
