My Teen Sim is Keeping His Child Skills? *Fixed*

As the title says, I keep trying to age up my Teen and everything works fine except for the fact his Child skills are still in his Skill bar. Can anyone help me fix it?

EDIT: FIXED! Went into CAS to change his appearance and when it reloaded his skills were gone. Leaving this here for anyone with the same issue.
