Sim Brother 2 - Meet the HouseGuests



Hello, welcome to Sim Brother 2! The second season of my Sim Brother challenge. Click here for season one as well as the rules and format of my Sim Brother challenge.

This season, as well as the ones following it, will be much more detailed then the first one. Each week will be split into separate parts so we get to know the contestants better.

Without further ado, let's meet our HouseGuests!

Grayson



Meet Grayson, a guitarist from Willow Creek. He's 34 years old and just married the love of his life, Nathan. Sadly, money is tight so they are sharing a home with a friend for the time-being. Grayson is in this game to win some money to purchase a home for him and his husband. Even if that means eating slop for several weeks.

Since he's a guitarist, he's constantly wandering around town playing for tips and performing at the local bars, he often has four gigs a week. He describes himself as very charismatic and loves to meet new people, which could be an advantage in the house.

His strategy coming into the house is to keep the people everyone hates the most in the game for as long as he can; because when he makes it to the finals, all of the evictees will surely vote for him.

Krystan



Meet Krystan, a 26-year-old bartender from Magnolia Promenade. She lives in a one-story house with her younger brother and her boyfriend. Krystan's brother is very smart, and she plans to use the prize money to fund his education so that he gets into a good college.

Krystan works the night shift at a luxurious bar, from Midnight to seven AM. It's a tiring job, but she manages to make a decent amount of money, just enough to support the three people living in her house. Her boyfriend is a full time law student, so he doesn't have time to get a job. She describes herself as a bit of a diva, she's very envious of all the fancy clothing she sees the patrons of the bar wear, if only she had the money to buy such garments.

Her strategy coming into the house is to lay low in challenges, so that the other HouseGuests will get a false since of security. Just when things start to heat up in the game, she'll spring into action and pick them off one-by-one. All of the evictees will most certainly admire her game strategy and vote for her to win in the final two.

Glenn



Meet Glenn, a 23-year-old Police Officer from Windenburg. He wants to use the prize-money to fix up the old and decrepit police station he works at. For heaven's sake, the computers need an upgrade, the chairs in the waiting room are creaky and the mugshot photo quality is as poor as can be.

Glenn loves to exercise, and often goes to the gym five days a week. He can bench-press 230 pounds, and he's just getting started. He was overweight in high school, and severely bullied because of it. It took a toll on him, but he vowed to overcome it. It took a lot of hard work, and five years later, he's gotten to where he wants to be.

Glenn wants to use his physical strength to dominate the game. He'll win HoH competition after HoH Competition. However, he won't forget his integrity, and will be as humble as he can be. After all, with great power comes great responsibility.

Amanda



Meet Amanda, 21, also from Windenburg. She's currently unemployed, but she doesn't care. Her job is practically partying, In fact, her catchphrase is: "Every night, every party,". She lives in a luxurious two-story european style home, as she won the lottery when she was 19. Now, she's here to get even more money in hopes of opening up her own nightclub, but nobody said she'd have to do dishes..

Amanda is a social butterfly and loves going to the club with her best friends, seven days a week. She's famous for her wacky dance moves and fancy clothing. She never gives up on anything, and will always attempt to try something until she succeeds at it.

Amanda's strategy coming into the house is to manipulate every single player in the house. She understands that this gives her the title of the antagonist, but she is willing to do whatever it takes in order for her to open her own club.

Dante



Meet Dante, a 32-year-old photographer from Newcrest. He's sort of a ladies' man with a bit of commitment issues, as he's been married four times and none of the marriages lasted more than half of a year. Coming into the house, he hopes not only to win the money to upgrade his photo studio, but also to meet the one as well. Good luck pal.

Despite his short-lived marriages, Dante is a very good guy. He put his career as a photographer on hold to take care of his father when he got sick, and he was by his side almost every waking moment until he healed. This cost him one of his marriages, but he has no regrets to this day.

Dante's strategy coming into the house is to charm his way to the finals, act like the nice guy to everyone at first, but then he'll show his competitive side when things start heating up. The others won't see it coming, and will vote for him to win because of his sheer awesomeness.

Gretchen



Meet Gretchen, a 29-year-old book store clerk from Willow Creek. Don't be fooled by this picture, she's a very optimistic person. Sometimes. Gretchen works at the family-run bookstore. It's a small business, but thriving. She plans to use the money to upgrade the store and hopefully transform it into a nationwide chain.

She was born in India, and moved to SimNation with her family at age five. She and her family regularly visit India twice a year to remember their old home. Gretchen describes herself as a little hot-headed, but she's sure she can deal with the other HouseGuests. Besides, she'll be forced to live with them for several weeks, may as well bond with them.

Her strategy is to just give it her all, simple as that. It doesn't matter to her if this gets her evicted first, because in the event she's in danger of leaving the house, she'll put up one heck of a fight in an effort to stay.



Meet Nicholas, a 25-year-old writer from Oasis Springs. He's been married to his wife, Jessica, for three years now. The two were high-school sweethearts and have been inseparable since the ninth grade. He plans to use the money to start a family.

His novels have achieved moderate success, with his most popular book, Robot Apocalypse, selling around 300,000 copies. Although, it quickly became known for its "so bad it's good" reputation. Oh well, can't win them all right? Nicholas describes himself as attentive, but extremely clumsy. He's broken many bones and ran into many poles by accident in his lifetime. He hopes he won't humiliate himself in the house.

Nicholas plans on befriending everyone in the house so that he will have a lot of allies in case in he's put up for eviction. He hopes that his work will get the other person evicted instead!

Baylee



Our last HouseGuest is Baylee, a 19-year-old model from Newcrest. She's been modeling since the age of nine, and enjoying every minute ever since. She hopes that Sim Brother will give her some publicity that will expand her modeling career. Besides, all it is is relaxing by the pool and competeing in silly challenges right?  Wrong! She never thought she would have to take out the trash in the house, a chore she had not done in almost a decade.

Baylee is honest. If you don't look good in an outfit, she'll tell you the truth. This can be a good or a bad thing. It'll be interesting to see how her honesty plays out in the Sim Brother house.

Baylee hopes to play a fair game. That means no backstabbing, no fights, no fake friends, and no cheating. It's not easy, but she's brave enough to take on the challenge!

Well, now it's time for them to enter the house, (which I didn't make, I downloaded it from someone in the gallery under #bigbrother, I wish I had the creator's building skills) where they will meet each other and participate in the HoH/POV competition. Oh, I did not notice that. Oh well, let's just say she changed her name when she moved.

Generally when foreigners move to a different country, they change their name to match the country. My grandmother changed her name when she moved to America at age four, for example.

Week I: HoH and Nominations



Day One soon came, and the HouseGuests entered the house. Grayson and Nicholas got to know each other.

Grayson: Hey, I'm Grayson. What's your name?

Nicholas: I'm Nicholas, nice to meet you!

Grayson: Nice to meet you too. Where you from?

Nicholas: Oasis Springs, what about you?

Grayson: I'm from Willow Creek, but I sometimes travel to Oasis Springs for gigs.

Nicholas: Oh cool, are you part of a band?

Grayson: I wish. I'm just a guitarist. I play and sing and bars and clubs and on the street if I need an extra buck. Hopefully this game will enrich my career.

Nicholas: I hear you, part of the reason I entered this game was to publicize my novels.

Grayson: An author, huh? That's so cool. I haven't had time to read books lately. The last one I read was called Fairies VS Zombies. Let's just say it's new home was the trash can after I read it.

Nicholas: I wrote that book. Thanks man.

Grayson: Oh..um..I meant recycling bin. So other people can read it! Yeah, that's what I meant.

Nicholas: That's not how recycling works.

Grayson: Oh..I'm sorry. It really wasn't a good book. I'm not gonna lie.

Nicholas: It's fine, I've heard worse. Can only pick myself up.

Grayson: I like that attitude.

Nicholas: Thanks! Besides that whole Fairies VS Zombies thing, I think we get along well!

Grayson: Yeah.



Amanda: Yo, what's up? The name's Amanda.

Krystan: Um, hi. I'm Krystan.

Amanda: Say that with more confidence, it doesn't make you look weak.

Krystan: What? Excuse me?

Amanda: Judging by your fashion, I'd say your aren't doing well when it comes to finances. I'm guessing that's why you're here.

Krystan: You should get a job as a psychic. Just lose the attitude and you'd make a lot of money.

Amanda: Sorry, I'm arrogant, I know that. I just want to see people be themselves and have confidence.

Krystan: I appreciate it, but do you have to be so upfront?

Amanda: I don't sugarcoat things. Being upfront is the only way to get things done.

Krystan: You have a point. Anyways, what do you do for a living? I feel like I've seen you somewhere before.

Amanda: I'm a full-time partier. I won the lottery at a young age that I don't need a job. Every night, every party.

Krystan: If you won the lottery, why are you here?

Amanda: I want to earn money, I want to prove that I'm not a weak person. Plus, I want to open a massive nightclub.

Krystan: Where do you live?

Amanda: Windenburg.

Krystan: No wonder, that's where all the nightlife is. I bartended at a nightclub there for a few months, but I had to quit since it was too far away from home.

Amanda: Where did you bartend at?

Krystan: I think it was called Eternal Light?

Amanda: What?! That's one of my favorite clubs! I go there twice a week to dance with my friends.

Krystan: Wait really? Oh! That's where I've seen you, you were always there when I worked there.

Amanda: Yeah, small world right? You seem pretty cool. Will you have my back if things get ugly in this place?

Krystan: For now, yes. But if you break my trust, there's no second chances.

Amanda: Got it.



The first HoH skill was athletic. I placed a pool in the backyard as well as exercise equipment.

Gretchen: Woo! It's so hot out here!



Gretchen: What are you waiting for? Jump in or you'll be evicted!

Glenn: Eh, the water's cold.

Gretchen: So what? You're gonna let some cool water get between you and half a million simoleons? No thanks!

Glenn: I'm fine really. It's only the first day, we have six more days to level up.

Gretchen: And now's our chance to get a head-start, everyone is inside getting to know each other, while I'm out here working. We all came here for one thing, we can't pretend.

Glenn: You're so determined, that could be a good or a bad thing in this game. Whats your name?

Gretchen: I'm Gretchen. You?

Glenn: I'm Glenn.

Gretchen: Well Glenn, get in! You look fit, together we could both win HoH and POV, we could control the first week.

Glenn: And the get evicted the next? No thanks.

Gretchen: Just get in, no one's gonna target you just because you want to stay in the game.

Glenn: Fine, you got me.



Grayson: Guys, this is amazing! We're on TV right now!

Baylee: Yeah, the whole world gets to see my fine figure in a bikini!

Dante: *lovestruck* Yeah, and I get to see it too..

Baylee: Um, what did you say?

Dante: *snaps out of it* Oh, uh nothing. Someone pointed to a bird in a tree and I said I saw it too.

Baylee: Huh, I thought birds lived in water.

Dante: That's fish, you're joking right?

Baylee: No, birds have their cute little scales and tiny little fins, but watch out for the ones with sharp teeth!

Dante: *to Grayson* Oh my god, she's not kidding.

Baylee: Oh no, what if one of them is in the pool! Eek!



After a long day of skilling for some, the HouseGuests go inside.

Amanda: How do you like the game so far?

Baylee: It's fun, but the pool is scary, there's birds in it!

Glenn: Wait, there were ducks in the pool? Gross!

Baylee: No, I think I felt something brush by my leg, couldn't be a duck, they live in caves.

Dante: That was my leg, I was swimming laps to win HoH. Did you take biology?

Baylee: Yeah, that's the class with shapes and stuff, right?

Krystan: Our generation is so doomed.

Grayson: What happened to the world?



Amanda: I can't believe I have to live with these people for several weeks. Wait, does anyone smell smoke?

Grayson: Yeah, I do. I think it's coming from the backyard.

Krystan: Guys, look outside!

Dante: What is it, is there a hot girl out there?



Nicholas: Urgh! I was just making tofu dogs!



Baylee: Oh no!

Gretchen: Nicholas! What did you do?

Amanda: Maybe I have the right to be arrogant.

Krystan: There goes our grill.

SIM BROTHER: Nicholas, you have committed a crime, damaging house furniture. Come to the diary room for your punishment.

Nicholas: Oh no. Sorry guys, I'm so clumsy I dropped the lighter!



Three days in, Glenn is in the lead in the HoH competition and Gretchen is in second.



Amanda is the first one to get up on the third day.

Amanda: Three days in the house, and someone already broke something. Oh well, just makes the game easier for me. I'm gonna take a shower.



Nicholas: Hi Amanda.

Amanda: AH! That almost gave me a heart attack! Nicholas, why are you in a bear costume?

Nicholas: It's my punishment for setting the grill on fire. I have to wear it for the day while the grill gets replaced.

Amanda: Well, now you know to be more careful.

Nicholas: Yeah.



Amanda: Well, now I know who to send home first if I win HoH.



The fourth day, the HoH is set to be crowned.

Baylee: Aw, Nicholas, I'm so happy your punishment is over. It must've been very hot in that cat costume.

Nicholas: Bear.

Baylee: Oh, that was a bear?

Amanda: Someone just shoot me.



Soon enough, the exercise equipment gets removed, but I decide to keep the pool since the HouseGuests love it.

Now, the winner of HoH is..



Glenn! Gretchen convinced him to compete, and boy did he compete!

The winner of POV is..



Grayson! Both him and Glenn are safe for the week.



Let the sucking up begin.

Dante: Hey Glenn, cool hat!

Glenn: Um..thanks?



Krystan: Shh.. Glenn's outside.. Man, I love Glenn! He's so handsome and strong!

Baylee: Yeah, he's so kind to! He told me the difference between triangles and circles, so cool!

Glenn: Hey, do ya'll smell smoke?



Nicholas: AHH! Not again!



Krystan: Really? Again?

Nicholas: Yeah, it's not so bad in this thing, until it's time to use the bathroom or sleep.



Dante: Nominations tonight, I hope you and your lovely self aren't nominated

Amanda: Oh please, lovely? Really? Is that the best you got?

Dante: W-What?! No, I'm just saying-

Amanda: Stuff it, I don't have time for showmances.

Dante: Well I-QUICK Glenn's coming.

Amanda: Oh crap! Remember what we rehearsed.



Glenn: Hey guys, what's up?

Dante: Oh nothing, we were just talking about how great of a person you are.

Amanda: Yeah, we always look up to you.

Glenn: Well, I've decided on who I'm nominating. Everyone, gather in the living room!

Glenn gather everyone in the living room, he stands up and announces his nominations.

He nominates Nicholas and Gretchen.

He nominates Nicholas since no one likes him and he's a danger to the house. He nominated Gretchen because she's a well-liked HouseGuest, and people will surely evict Nicholas instead of her.

Grayson, with the POV, has 24 hours to decide who to take off of the block.



Who will Grayson take off the block? Will it be Gretchen, a well-liked HouseGuest?



Or Nicholas a-OH MY GOD AGAIN?!

Believe or not, in the many times I've played this challenge, two people have died! :O And yeah, these sims did a lot more on freewill since last season. They are smart enough to extinguish the fire though.

POV Ceremony and Eviction



Nicholas: Third time I set myself on fire, and I have to wear this silly costume again. Where's the zipper on the gloves?

SIM BROTHER: Nicholas, this is your third offense. If you damage another household object, you'll be expelled from the Sim Brother house.

Nicholas: Please don't! I have a wife to take care of! She needs this money. Oh no, I think I'm gonna cry.

SIM BROTHER: Please don't cry in the costume.

Nicholas: I can't-I'm so upset I don't want to-MMPH! One of my tears got in my mouth! The head is too small!

SIM BROTHER: Told you.

Nicholas: Maybe I should just give up cooking. Wait, that gives me an idea for a book! A man dies in a cooking accident and comes back to life as a bear!



Amanda: Yay! We are safe for the time being. Let's dance like we're back home!

Dante: I don't know what makes me happier, that I get to to stay here, or the fact that you and your lovely self get to stay here for my eyes to admire.

Amanda: Ew, you creep! Be quiet or I'll badmouth you to Glenn, you'll be the replacement nominee.

Dante: What? D-Darling, I-

Amanda: And not only that, I'll flip the house against you so that they all vote you out. Hah, then Nicholas could go next week. Guess I'm confirmed as one of the final six.

Dante: Such fierce determination and intelligent strategy! Plus, you are admiring to my eye! You are my perfect girl.

Amanda: Do you want me to-wait a minute..



Gretchen: Hey guys? You want to keep dancing to this beautiful music right? Well vote for Nicholas to be evicted and it'll stay that way.

Amanda: You got my vote.

Dante: You have mine as well!

Gretchen: Great! See ya'll!

Amanda: Dante, I'm so honored to be your perfect girl, You'll do anything I say right?

Dante: Of course! A man's job is to serve his significant other.

Amanda: Um, yeah. That's right. You'll have my back no matter what, right?

Dante: Yes my dear.

Amanda: Yay! You're the best! That was easy..hehe..



Krystan: Why is Amanda talking to Dante? I thought she hated him.

Baylee: Isn't Amanda like, your best friend.

Krystan: In the house yes, she's very snooty though.

Baylee: Ew, she doesn't use a tissue when blowing her nose?

Krystan: Sometimes in life there are moments where you don't know whether to laugh or cry.



Gretchen: So..

Grayson: Plead your case.

Gretchen: Use the veto on me, Nicholas doesn't deserve to stay here after the things he's done to us, and others agree. If you use the POV on me, and I win HoH next week, I won't nominate you.

Grayson: Cool, I'll think about it.

Gretchen: Alright. I hope you make the right choice.

Grayson: Yeah, I hope so too.



Glenn: Okay, so let me get this straight, Amanda is manipulating Dante into being completely loyal to her?

Krystan: Apparently. That's what I think. They were dancing on the balcony and I saw her whisper something to him, and he was ecstatic. I just wanted you to know that.

Grayson: How do you exactly know her intentions though?

Krystan: She's a very upfront person. She told me she hated Dante this morning and a few hours later she's getting really flirty with him. I can't think of any reason why.

Glenn: So if Gretchen is off the block and I put her up instead..

Krystan: Then a threat goes home regardless. You saw how determined Nicholas was in the challenge.

Grayson: Hm..interesting.

SIM BROTHER: Everyone, please go to the living room for the POV ceremony.



Grayson: Okay, so I have made my choice. The person who I use the veto on is safe and is no longer in danger of going home. Without further ado, allow me to announce my choice. I have decided to use my power on..



Grayson: ..Nicholas.

Nicholas: Yay!

Gretchen: What? Why?!

Grayson: It's strictly a game move on my behalf.

Gretchen: Some game move!

Grayson: You know what? I'm not changing my mind. It's my choice. You're not helping your case right now.

Gretchen: Fine.



Glenn: I saw this coming. Anyways, I actually think it was a good move. Now, time to announce the replacement nominee. Amanda, you're up.

Amanda: What? Has the whole house gone mad?

Glenn: No, we have just gotten smarter. Talk to me afterwards. This meeting is adjourned.

Amanda: Tell me now.

Glenn: You already know. Krystan saw you manipulating Dante and came right to me-

Amanda: WHAT?! Krystan? Of all people? She's a liar! Where is she?

Glenn: Upstairs.

Amanda: Oh, she betrayed the wrong girl!



Amanda: YOU LIAR!

Krystan: What?

Amanda: Glenn told me everything. I though you had my back!

Krystan: Yeah, but then you went around lying to people! If you want to team up with someone, be upfront about it. You're an upfront person right?

Amanda: It's not your business on how I play my game.

Krystan: My business? It's everyone's business! We're here to help our families and other loved ones. You're just here for money.

Amanda: How dare you! I'm here to prove I'm not weak!

Krystan: Well lying to people makes you weak and a coward. Simple as that.

Amanda: You are so dead!

Krystan: No, you are. You're kind of making me want to vote for you.

Amanda: ..You're right. I'm sorry.

Krystan: I'll only accept it if you still have my back.

Amanda: I do.

Krystan: Good, I'm voting for Gretchen then.



Dante: So, Amanda lied to me? The betrayal! How heartbroken!

Glenn: Yep. She's a threat vote for her.

Dante: I'll think about it, she's such a beautiful person.

Glenn: Whatever man, you're weird.



Soon enough, eviction day arrived. Who will go home? Gretchen?



Or Amanda?

SIM BROTHER: Everyone, please gather in the living room for the eviction ceremony.



SIM BROTHER: Gretchen, Amanda, in just moments your fellow HouseGuests will evict one of you. The evicted HouseGuests will have one minute to say goodbye, and they must immediately leave after. Let the voting begin, Nicholas, you're up first.



Nicholas caused things to heat up in the house- literally. But where does he stand on the nominees?

SIM BROTHER: Hello Nicholas.

Nicholas: Hello Sim Brother.

SIM BROTHER: Please cast your vote to evict.

Nicholas: I happily vote to evict the liar, Amanda!

SIM BROTHER: Thank you.



Krystan had a major fight with Amanda, but will their recent truce have an impact on her vote?

SIM BROTHER: Hello Krystan.

Krystan: Hello Sim Brother.

SIM BROTHER: Please cast your vote to evict.

Krystan: I vote to evict..Gretchen.

SIM BROTHER: Thank you.



Baylee was quite a floater this week, so how will this affect her vote?

SIM BROTHER: Hello Baylee.

Baylee: Hello Sim Barbecue!

SIM BROTHER: Brother.

Baylee: Holy smokes! Josh, is that you?

SIM BROTHER: Not your actual brother! I control the game.

Baylee: Ooh, that's so cool! Could you give me my phone back? I miss the selfie camera.

SIM BROTHER: Just cast your vote to evict.

Baylee: I vote to evict Amanda for being so snooty! Use a tissue for watcher's sake!

SIM BROTHER: Thank you, please leave.



Grayson wants to keep the most-hated people in the house, but now that he's here, will he keep to his strategy?

SIM BROTHER: Hello Grayson.

Grayson: Hi Sim Brother.

SIM BROTHER: Please cast your vote.

Grayson: I happily vote to kick out Gretchen.



Dante is head-over-heels for Amanda. But knowing she's just using him, will it impact his vote?

SIM BROTHER: Hello Dante.

Dante: Hello Sim Brother.

SIM BROTHER: Please cast your vote to evict.

Dante: I've decided to evict..



SIM BROTHER: The votes have been cast. Now for the results. With three votes to evict..



SIM BROTHER: Amanda, you are evicted from the Sim Brother House.

Amanda: Wow, thanks guys. I guess I had a good time.

Krystan: I tried.
