I really like this challenge idea!  For the deviance and family aspirations, do the two milestones that are the same count for each aspiration, or only one?

There's no restrictions on Aspirations and hopping around because you cannot buy rewards with Satisfaction anyway.

They count for each aspiration, you can count two (one for each aspiration) even if the milestones requirements are the same.

@LenaLJ  I am coming out with different totals on the spreadsheet versus using the calculator. Aspiration Milestones seems to be the only one correct.. I hope it is just me, please tell me I'm crazy.  ???

@sdhoey
The spreadsheet was updated recently.  If you have an old copy downloaded to your computer, please re-download the new one.

The Skills Section:
One point in skill will not have any value: 0 value
You only get 1 point when you get skill level 2 and above.
So entering skill level 10 will net you 9 points.

The Career Section:
Same deal with skills, 1st point in career will not have any value: 0 value
You only get 3 points when you get career level 2 and above.
So entering career level 10 will net you 27 points.

Rules Update:

Job — For every job promotion your Sim achieves - 3 pts.
Promotion to a level in a career can only be counted once in that career.

Not sure I get this. Do you mean to say that if you get a promotion in a career, say to level 2 for example, quit that career, enter it again and reach level 2 again (Assuming that you have to start from level one again) that it only counts once?  :-\ I haven't ever done the same career twice with the same Sim before so I'm not sure how that works.  :-\

A potential exploit was discovered, so just do not quit a career and come back to the same career again and all will be fine.

Only a small issue here, and it may just be me, but for clarity, can you change the '-' to something else, like a colon? It makes the scoring explanation look like some points are negative, though judging by the math, they are all positives?

Skill — After your Sim unlocks a skill (level 1) for every additional skill level your Sim achieves - 1 pt.

Asp — For every Aspiration Milestone your Sim achieves - 2 pts.

Job — For every job promotion your Sim achieves - 3 pts.

Quote
SM (Misfortunes) - 20 X .02 = .40
Final SM = 1.00 + .40 = 1.40
