Custom Sim question

OK, so...

I downloaded off the Sims3 exchange a custom Sim, in this case, Elsa of Arendelle {Found a proper looking one that actually worked right for once!} My only question now is, how do I get her cape ring ? It shows up in my downloaded/installed content list on the game launcher, but I cant find the ring in the list of accessories. Do I actually need the tropical grass skirt for the ring to work or am I doing something wrong/looking in the wrong place ? The character works fine without the cape, but I want to add it to the game and I'm unsure of how to do so

I am going to assume that it requires an expansion I do not possess yet ? {Supernatural & Seasons} So far the character works perfectly {I recolored her dress twice now, a nice sparkling red, and sparkling green}

PC; Wont touch macs to save my life, I've had very bad experiences with macs I dont want to try going near one ever again if i can help it

I don't think you can, unless you contact the creator and make them aware of the issue.

Its odd, the character works just fine, but in the video of the file the cape is present


EDIT: OK, I did some looking, turns out I think I need World Adventures, the ring that is to activate the cape is from that expansion pack apparently. Otherwise the character works perfectly fine

Okay, glad you figured it out.

I still can't figure out the patterns, but, either way the character works as hoped for. Which honestly is good enough for me at this time. {thankfully my laptop will play everything up to and including Supernatural {YAY!}}

I'm happy for you. Thank you, though without Mrs.Flynn directing me to this thread I wouldn't of have been able to help(somewhat). Though I recommend no custom worlds on laptops, they have made my game files go corrupt in the past.
