What's wrong with her? Pregnant and stuff

Okay, so, one of my sims tried for a baby, (one of them in my Miranda story, you'll see) and it worked.

But so she got the nauseous moodlet and all was swell until she was talking to her partner, and it did the lullaby thing but then she froze up so I had to reset sim and she never did the spin thing and she didn't get the pregnant moodlet. But she has backaches and I'm worried, she is pregnant and she will give birth to this baby, right?
