A low country design that would be a nice beach house if the Sims 4 had beaches. :)

View of the front

A guest room on the second floor. I liked how the kitchen counter fit in the corners and made nice end tables.

Second floor with bedroom, kitchen, study area, sitting room and bathroom

Sitting area with entertainment center

Study area with a view of the fishtank

Another show of a entry area

This is gorgeous!  I love the fish tank as center.  Never thought of using counters like that, great idea.

Thank you Justwright. I was surprised how well the counters worked and matched up with the bed and dresser in the room.
I really like the new fish tanks for decor. And using moveobjets cheat you can make each one look different. Like the mirrors, plant and the long lights I added to this one for a different look.

This is a perfect example of how great a raised house can be.  Small lot, but has EVERYTHING including a pool.  Love it.
What?  Grannies can't play games?

Thank you Joria, Glad you like it. :) I had fun with this one. Trying to get everything in there without feeling cramped was interesting.
