Lot price not updating in build mode sense July 28 patch.

Has anyone else notice that the lot price isn't updating in build mode sense July 28 patch.
When in build mode I would open the lot info box from time to time to check the current lot price or just leave it open to have a live update of the price if building a lot I wanted to keep under a certain price, like a starter home.
But sense the patch on July 28 the lot price isn't giving a live update. I have to go back to live mode then return to build mode to get the price to update.
