Turn a Sim into a Ghost by Cheating

I've updated the Ghosts Guide with cheats to turn a Sim into a ghost or back into a normal Sim, which should be helpful for some of you storytellers. Some players might just want to play as a ghost without actually killing off the Sim. I haven't tested these extensively but they do instantly and permanently change the Sim, so should work fairly well. Each death type has its own cheat - for example the new sauna death is traits.equip_trait steam - that will make a Sim into one who died from the sauna.
