Congrats on being the first to finish! But I don't see how you could have 8 teens in the house when the maximum size for a household is 8. With Sandra Dee in residence, you can only have 7. Did you move one out and not count him?

@MarianT  Thanks for catching that. It's been a long weekend. I just double checked my sheet. Should have been 7 in. I forgot to click one as out on the sheet. Sorry about that.

I entered 'testingcheats on' and shift-clicked the mailbox for 'disable household needs decay'.
But it doesn't seem to fill up the need bars of my Sims. Do I have to give them a moodlet solver first to max the needs out?
And the other question is: do I need to repeat this cheat every time I restart my game?

It stops decay for your Sims - it does not fill the bars like in Sims 3.

Yes.

Not only every time you restart your game but every now and again for no particularly good reason.

It also doesn't work after someone new has been added.  You have to do it after every time you adopt as well, I've found.

If you shift click your Sim and click on fill household needs your bars will fill up. Then click on disable household needs decay.

Once the first teen has moved out, do we have to use the two perks immediately or do we just have to use them before the next teen moves out?

I would say immediately, since we have a no storing policy.  Team thoughts?

Well, I am not sure if we need to say immediately, but definitely it's a "use it or lose it" kind of thing - you cannot store them up, so if you have not cashed in by the time the next teen is moved out, then tough luck. You would only still get two perks for teen number 2, not four.

I added the "Fill Household Needs" cheat to what is allowed after your houseparent caps their first skill -

• After your houseparent caps their first skill they are awarded with static needs. Turn on Testing Cheats, shift click the mailbox and choose Disable Household Needs as well as Fill Household Needs. You are allowed to use these cheats for the duration of the challenge.

If you have already started or have posted your score, then the team is allowing a one time redo.
