Granny Smith is my favorite kind of apples too :)  Sweet but also tart.  Nice score, even if it didn't beat the first one.

Thank you, ClayMask. So nice you're back!
I doubt this is a winning score. This challenge demands skill, but also a lot of luck, and Lady Fortuna wasn't as friendly this time. :)

Sneaking in to post my first entry for the year. Poppy Crump made ambrosia in 8550 minutes. She has now hung up her gardening gloves and has retired to veronaville.

Unfortunately, this one's a DNF for me.  My sim died before he could make Ambrosia.

Hi Metro. :) I'm reading these rules & debating whether I want to do this or not & I'm wondering why the bodybuilder aspiration & essence of Life from the cowplant are not on the banned list. Shouldn't anything that lengthens an Elder's lifespan be on that list? Hope you don't mind me asking, I'm just a little confused about that.

Life extension methods are already banned in the general challenge rules.  The bodybuilder aspiration is normally an exception, since normally a challenge would end before it would matter, but I expect it would be counted as a life extension method for the purpose of this challenge.
