Playing only one sim in a household
« on: November 07, 2010, 03:59:58 AM »
I'm pretty new to playing the Sims, and I was wondering if there was any way to play as only one sim in a household. I was playing the Sims 3 and was asked to move in with another sim; I did so,  but didn't realize I would then have to play as that sim as well, which I don't want to do. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You can go to the backpack tab and click on the cell phone then there is a move option, there you can kick out the sim you do not want to play or move out yourself.

You could also just ignore the sim you do not want to play, the other sim will take care of their own basic needs.

I hope this helps :)

OK, thanks for the reply. I'll probably just move out. It won't affect my relationship too negatively, I hope?

It shouldn't if you make sure that you are best friends with that sim before you move out.
