I love Shannon's green room! She's the typical quiet child - they see and hear everything because they're not the ones talking all the time. I hope she kicks up a fight when the girls get told about the Dynasty.

Thanks, I used Gheez's Pattern and even though that is in the China House I still used the same pattern over in her new bedroom. 

I really can't wait for the Teenagerisms to start, children are boring and can't use the Moodlet Manager!  So far Shannon is on a B and Eliza on a C. They have had a lapse from coming back from China a bit late then missing a few hours of school and then the rebuild stopped them from sleeping due to play tests etc. so now I hope to have them on track again.

Chapter 28 - The Mortals Plan


I am Madeline Jade, Sister of Gabriella, Daughter of Diana and Christopher Jade. I have every earthly desire I could ever want but there is one thing my family denies me and that is the right to have a child or a husband. My Mother has forbidden it and yet there is my Sister with her Son, Declan. Dec is a great kid but I am sure he does not quite grasp the fact of what Immortality will do to him.



Yes, I do know about the Ambrosia and the challenges. Was I told? No. I found out the hard way. I heard my Mother telling my Sister that I would die and she would live forever. It doesn't hurt anymore. Nothing can. Mother might as well be Dead, her Heart died when Father did. Gabriella will be next and I see her watching Cemre with such longing for him to stay but that will never be. I dread to think as to what will happen to Mother when I am gone, I may have been born to paint portraits but she still loves me. Janna is already old, she only just managed to have children, the shock of Twins really surprised everyone. Dec is so protective of Shannon now, he never wants to let her go. Eliza has not got a care in the world, her Sister is the brainy one and so far outshines Eliza in every single way.



Gabriella is writing books again, she won't show anyone which means they are meant for Immortal Eyes only. Well they are supposed to be anyway. She never looks at me now, she sees the Wrinkles and she leaves the room, I hear her crying from downstairs but I do not let on that I know the secret, that would surely break her.



I never made a stand, never stood my ground against the laws of the Dynasty and that is why I will now, in my last few years upon this world I shall make that stand and I will fight for all the Mortals and I shall fight through Shannon. I will not use her I will give her a life, a Life where she can be happy. I won't be alive to see that completed but I shall know when I am gone, drifting on the open winds and then I shall smile. Until then I can only plan and start the wheels in motion.

 

Mother thinks no one knows what she grows in her Garden, I do. She grows these plants that eat anything and then regrow it as a produce, she feeds it Deathfish which is deadly to eat but when combined with the Life Fruit you get Life and Death mixed in one bowl, that is Ambrosia.




I finished my plan and the Instructions are being printed by a friend, now to get Shannon.



I took her to a Corner in the Basement, I leaned on the Wall and it opened, revealing an Elevator.






When we reached our floor we exited into another Dead End but I knew where the door was and I opened it again.




Inside this Black Void was my new Meeting Room for Mortals, only those Born into the family as spares would know about it though, I do hope Shannon is the last, if not there will be a copy of the Book left on the shelf where only a Spare would go.



So I began, I told her everything from why I was born to how I was raised. Then about Gabriella and me hearing my Mother telling her everything and then I told her my plan, she was very clever and understood straight away. She agreed to it immediately. It will take some work but it will happen with my fantastic little grand niece. It was then that she told me everything she felt, how everyone treated her badly and ignored her. I laughed when she said that Dec spoiled Eliza and not her, it was my Mother who did that to keep Eliza under control! I made Shannon promise never to tell though. I said nothing else about what she said though, I didn't need to we both knew what was troubling Shannon.

                 Her birth was an accident, no one wanted her to begin with they only wanted Eliza.
        Shannon must be strong if she is to succeed, I have faith in her, even if Time works in mysterious ways.

It's not so much as a Rebellion but as a way for Shannon to live. I hope it will all make sense later on! I will be trying to hide clues in each chapter written by Madeline or Shannon in particular and maybe some of the others. There is one in the Last chapter but it is quite vague!

Thanks and it is kind of the truth, I did not expect Twins and I was rather hoping not to because I don't like Twins in a Dynasty I think it's so tight that one was born a minute earlier and gets to live forever more because of one minute!

I hate myself so much now. I get Four Generations, Two Immortals, One nearly ready for it and what do I do? I rebuild the House and in the process lose the Adult Portrait of Diana Jade! I only just noticed that it is gone, I have looked in all the Inventories, Chests and on every wall. I thought I put it in the Family Storage but it's not there, I took out every painting in there and still could't find it! I looked in the Consignment Store but it's gone. My back-up is from well after the rebuild so there is no hope of getting it. I'm sorry to say this and I hate myself for it but I failed again. 

The Jade Dynasty Is Over.

I was really thinking I would complete it this time!  I guess I will restart but I don't think I will use Diana again, she has seen too many attempts at it and this may be silly but I can't keep failing her. I think I have a way to almost carry on the Story and may continue a new Jade Dynasty because I really can't imagine making another Dynasty. So I'll see you soon with the new founder.  I just can't believe I did something that stupid!
