I agree, "Kiwisims4" has done an awesome job on the winter landscape. It truly doesn't change the game in any way. So bees and walking sticks etc are still missing as that is a Sims 4 issue. It "just" recolors the grass and plants. I say "just" because it was a huge amount of work I'd imagine. I don't have a clue how to make CC etc I'm just a grateful user.  I can't link you to his site but just google him, I'm sure you'll find his 'tumblr.com' easy enough.

I love the Granite Falls Winter mod, looks like you and Winston are having the same fun I did with Cora except I couldn't find any of the bugs I needed

Ummm, about bugs.  You do realize lobsters are arachnids, right?  Crabs too and probably shrimp.  By the way, crickets are actually pretty tasty as are ants.  Tangy.  lol

I am so tempted by that scenery to actually use a mod.  I never do but that one is awesome.  I wonder if Winston has room in his tent for one cuddly grannie?  *leers*

@Nettlejuice , I actually really love the world of GF now. At first I wasn't so sure but I often sneak my dynasty sims away for a day or 2 just so I get a break from the same-old. I find collecting all the bugs quite frustrating though, especially as there is that game-bug where a few types are missing!

@Joria, I loled at your *leer* way too funny. Hmm, bugs are bug... just ewww. Luckily we don't have any dangerous critters in New Zealand as I can't stand the sight of anything that is bug-like. *shudder* And don't even get me started about spiders. *disgusted face*

So real life is a bit busy right now. I'm not sure if I will manage to squeeze in any game time for a few days but you never know. I'll update regularly again next week for sure.

I tend not to set stuff up rather just 'document' how I play. Mind you, the next bits going to be tough, trying to complete the next two collections. I was going to focus on plants, then I remembered I needed a rocket to get the UFO plant. *Face palm*
