Testing Cheats

You're not alone Playalot, I am unable to paste anything into the cheats window. I've even tried with the game in full screen, windowed and windowed full screen. Nothing changes. Wonder if it has anything to do with the operating system? I'm running Windows 7

I'm running Windows 8.

I'm running Windows 7.  I click in the whilte cheat box first and then paste.

I'm running Windows 7 too. Still can't paste, just tried again. Just isn't a 'thing' as far as my PC's concerned. It's a conspiracy.

Are you able to cut and paste from the guide into a text document?

Do you guys use the copy and paste icons from your tool bar or do you use ctrl c and ctrl v?  I've found using the keys sometimes works better than the icons.

I often use copy and paste for putting those long cheats in the cheat bar. I use the ctrl-c and ctrl-v keys to copy and paste and it works fine. Not sure if it makes a difference but I've running Windows 8.

Yep totally, all other copy/paste interactions work as normal. @Joria , I've tried all ways multiple times, it just doesn't work in my game. I'm not bothered as I hardly ever use cheats as mostly I play my dynasties.
