I'm pretty good at landscaping, but Indira is even better.  If I have my druthers it would be landscaping rather than more rooms but I'll do whatever is needed.

I myself am excited to hopefully create a room in the basement.

That would be lovely @MrsFlynn   If there is still room (and time) I'm always willing to decorate a room.

Although I won't be free on these days:
March 30-April 1  (prep + 12 hr flight + rest)
April 8-10 (3day trip to the lovely Palawan Islands)
May 1-3 (prep + 12 hr flight + rest)

In case my room assignment falls on any of these, I hope I'd be given a few extra time.
