Omg, you all, I am so so sorry!! I've been so busy planning my wedding and adjusting to a new job, I just haven't had the time to get online or play sims at all! Nov. to Jan. 1 is my least busiest time
If the year because of my job, so when I singed up I had plenty of time. I did really want to be a part of this, but I don't want to let anyone down if I can't fit it in right now. My wedding is March 19 and then I'll be out of the country for a week but when I return I would be able to do it. So if the project lasts that long and there is still a room to decorate, or safe my room(s) for last, then I am still down to participate. Thanks for understanding, and again, so sorry for forgetting about this and then dropping of the face of the earth, lol.

Hi folks,

I'm going to be doing my next part this weekend, probably tomorrow. Workwise, the issue with having headaches for three-four days at a time when you're the only one left in the office is that the work piles up on the Friday. Healthwise it isn't too good either, apart from the extra sleeping it has forced me to do. Simwise, looking at the screen for long periods of time doesn't do anything good for me.

Anyway, just wanted to assure everyone that I will have it done by this weekend so that we can all see the wonderful work that @Joria will do.

MrsFlynn, you can do the Reception Room. There's a small room off to the side that isn't marked as being for anything - you can convert that into anything you'd like as part of it as well - bathroom, cloakroom, whatever.

Okay, I'll grab a copy of the house to make sure I have a current copy. I asked this in a pm, but can you explain what a reception room is for those of us that may not know what it is?

Sure, it's a sort of entertaining room. Where you'd expect to entertain guests. It's prevalent in several home styles, such as the White House, and here are some images to spark imaginations.
